Cost: R120 per person for a 2 hour session

Operating hours: On bookings only normally 1 Saturday a month from 9 am to 11 am.

Obstacle variety: Everything from carry's, to grip strength, rope climbs, cargo nets, monkey bars and natural obstacles.

Access to running: We have the toughest 5 km park-run route.

Unique obstacles: The extreme natural terrain and rock formations we have are very unique to our venue.

Personal trainers: Yes there is personalized training available from a qualified trainer.

Other Facilities: Clean ablutions with showers, safe secure parking, cafe for food and drinks and a great view to top it off!

Course capacity: For training classes maximum of 30 to 40 people.

Available space: Big open field for warm ups and drills.

Whats your idea behind Obstacle course training as opposed to other means of training?

To provide something different and unique in a outdoor setting out of your comfort zone.


Do you think its a lasting business in SA?

Yes if the sponsorship for races big and small increases.


What does the future of the sport hold?

It is still a growing sport and needs a lot more emphasis put into the development of the sport in schools.


How long has your Obstacle course been open to the public?

Since October 2016


What distances can you run from your venue and on what type of terrain?

From 5 to 15 km with lots and lots of hills with 50% single track and 50% jeep track.
