Strava

SA OCR Strava Club

Here you can see the current stats from all the athletes that are currently part of our Club. The Club is there to show recent runs and allow for comments between club members, this helps develop the OCR community and makes it easier and more engaging to see who is doing what with regards to their training.

November Competition

Train your way to the next Toyota Warrior Race!!
-The winners will receive a free entry

We have decided to see who the top dogs on Strava are, how much training are you fitting into your week? Will it be enough to get your hands on a Warrior Race entry? Guess we'll have to wait and see...

To enter all you need to do is follow the link to our Strava Club and join the Club, we will then be recording the week's results at the beginning of the following week so make sure that by Monday all your previous week's training has been uploaded.

The competition runs from the 30th October until the 19th November and there will be a separate competition for men and women.

Manual entries won't count and to qualify to win the fastest average pace for the week you'll have to run a minimum of 20km for that week. There can be up to 4 winners per week with distance run, longest run, average pace and elevation gain being the 4 categories. Points will be awarded to the top 10 in each category and the person with the most points after the 19th November will be our winner.

Happy training!!
